Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from participants in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when participants enroll in Workweek or a Program within Worweek, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available at Workweek. We will collect personal identification information from participants only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Participants can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Workweek related activities.
How we use collected information
Workweek may collect and use participant’s personal identification information for the following purposes:
- To improve customer service - Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
- To personalize user experience - We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our participants as a group use the services and resources provided in Workweek programs.
- To send periodic emails - We may use participant email addresses to send participants information and updates pertaining to their order. Participant email addresses may also be used to respond to participant inquiries, questions, or other requests.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent participant personal identification information to any third parties. The only exception is if the program you are participating in is being offered in partnership with another organization. If this is the case, the program will clearly disclose that it is being offered in partnership with this third party organization. If you are participating in a program being offered in partnership with another organization, Mission Collaborative will share your information from the Enrollment Intake Survey and your final Program Evaluation survey with that organization only. Program participants can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Mission Collaborative program-related activities.
